| Burg Berg, I like that Cheryl. Here is the only halfways decent photo I have of Lavendar Pinocchio. The first year it was quite pink but now it's more like the colour it should be. |

| Yes, it's nice, Cheryl, I sort of group it with Angel Face and Tutu Mauve and am happy to have the three. I have Alfred Sisley blooming this morning and the darn camera went blurry on me. I'll try again later. I really love those striped roses! |

| La Sevillana has been flowering a while now but is a red my camera finds hard to capture. I fluked this one, thank heaven. |

| Dr Huey. Used at rootstock but I think a nice rose anyway. Tutu Mauve, but looking a bit pink. Strange. Tradescent, a David Austin rose from memory. Burgundy Iceberg, or Burg Berg as Cheryl called it, actually proved to be Blushing Pink Iceberg.

| Some lovely looking roses there Betty.. Charles Rennie McIntosh is one I have never heard of.. Goodness you have so many, no favourites here though I do like the colour of Alfred Sisley. Speaking of root stock I have the other red one coming up the name slips my memory at present, its coming from where Just Joey was planted, Double Delight, and another Double delight.. _________________ Love Your Enemies It Will Drive Them Nuts .. | Alfred Sisley is lovely, I hope it survives to bloom in better seasons. Here is the rose planted at the head of Susie's grave - Best Friend. (Susie was our cattle dog put down due to bone cancer). I love this rose! This is the David Austin rose at the head of Ben's grave - Glamis Castle(him being a scottish breed and all. ) This is another David Austin, Pegasus, but I thought it should be more apricot in the centre. It may alter as it matures. This will be at the head of Tammy's grave when we finally lose her. |

| This photo does NOT do this beautiful rose justice. This is Makybe Diva, named after the champion mare that won 3 Melbourne Cups. It is a perfect bud and just holds its form to the end. Great rose for cutting and is doing real well under these terrible conditions. |

| I remember Makybe Diva very well, we were living here then but still had a interest in the two cups, and its a lovely rose too. Betty what a lovely ending for your friends that's the way my ashes are going under a rose bush I have already instructed my daughter and I think the rose bush will be either Just Joey or Julia's Rose.. Glamis Castle is a lovely looking rose also a fitting place to be planted and Pegasus is lovely also, hey they all are.. _________________ Love Your Enemies It Will Drive Them Nuts .. | That half of the orchard is now my angel garden, Mary-Anne, where I hope all my dogs will be buried, except for earlier dogs that were buried in other spots on the property of course. I think Perkin's rose will be New Duet. My all time favorite cattle dog has a grevillea on her grave, which I will remove and replace with either Shady Lady(her show name) or Bright Eyes(one of her nicknames). Have to think of suitable roses for 3 others out there, Candy, Beejay and Jedda. I still have rose beds to dig on 3 sides of the area yet, a job for next Autumn. I wouldn't mind if my ashes were just scattered out there. I'd go with Just Joey if I was you, Julia's Rose can be fragile. |
