Would love some plant ID help!

This one I suspect is a variegated ginger of some sort? The stems on newer growth are red and underneath the leaves is a velvety feel. Not sure about flowers. we picked it up from the markets






These next two were growing at the Ginger Factory at Yandina, Qld. I haven't tried looking them up yet but hoping someone will know and save me some time searching.

Have no idea what this low grower is. The mature leaves are about 30 to 40cm long.




This one is some type of Calathea I think. It is only a small one barely 45cm high and has small white flowers on the stems. The leaves are hard to touch... don't feel real.

The first one might be Costus speciosus variegata

The name of the first one is Costus speciosa variegated . Common name crepe ginger ,georgeous flower .I HAVE THE PLAIN GREEN LEAF VARIETY PLUS THE VARIEGATED ONE.
Says it grows 6 to 8 feet.
THE post I put on with pics of myself on the scooter has a pic of that ginger in it.
I'll have a check on the others.No 2 reminds me of Kaempheria

The Calathea I've been looking up , there are 2 that have similar patterns
Calathea insignis and Calathea lancifolia .
But yours has a wider and shorter leaf by the look in the pic.

Thanks. I don't think the calathea is either of those two Gwen but both are close... hopefully tomorrow I will have a chance to look through a few different ones and see if I can find it. I wish could've gotten more photos of it but I was in the road of people trying to get past so had to be quick.

The other one looks very close to Kaemferia rotunda. The leaves on the ones I saw seemed longer and softer, seemed to lie down a bit, than any I could find in a search but otherwise look the same so probably it.

That ginger wouldn't be the one they call the shampoo ginger?

That one looks similar too though I'm leaning towards the costus. I'll have to wait for it to flower to be 100% sure.
