| :joker: :joker: Faye, MissPixie and I went into the garden this afternoon. Me on the scooter of course .Faye took a few pics not that it was a good time of day for pics. Duranta repens with flowers and berries. Plumeria pudica. Pentas Streletzia regina. St Andrews cross Spider. Poor Spider has lost some legs.

| The pudica is growing well and I haven't seen pentas for years. My mother had a few different colours, she loved them... a good tough little plant. The duranta is pretty too. | |

| THANKS all for comments . Richard you said lawn is sparce , well yes it is. That is the area we had the granny house removed from last april. It had all the dry season as a dry red patch , then when the rains came it startred to grow grass ,and weeds , we mow everything and call it lawn up here.Glad you like to see tropicals ,we may get TROPICAL back as a a forum ,hope so. | |

| Ota I'm not sure if they would grow in WA but I woild say they would,they grow here in full sun or part shade and get nice and bushy it you keep tip pruning them .There are lots of colours .I have had them in various shades of pink , mauve ,red,candy which is red/white,yellow and white . Google Pentas grow notes, or Pentas climate and see what you come up with . | |
