| I went out between showers to take some pics but it started pouring so didn't get many... just got soaked instead. I'll take some more later. Double poinsettia that Mary-Anne gave me cuttings of. The singles have hardly started colouring up and my burgandy is about half coloured. Euphorbia leucocephala, Snowflake. Hibiscus are still flowering well I took this photo of the brugsmansia a couple of days ago and forgot to put it on... difficult to get photos of it as it is on a steep bank and have to look up to it | |

| All very lovely, Gail. I like the photo of the brugsmansia ...I think the prettiest part is the frills on the bottom. | |

| Thanks all. Gwen, I've written down about the snowflake I wish I could get a better picture of the brugmansia but would nearly need abseiling gear to get to the bottom side to get a closer picture I must remember to get some cuttings going and put them in an easier to reach place. Val, these are about the only plants flowering at the moment, only a couple of others putting on any sort of display as the garden is mainly tropicals which prefer warmer weather. | |

| I took a few more pictures yesterday between showers. Poinsettia "Burgandy" just starting to colour up Grevillea "Orange Marmalade" Bromeliad, probably Aechmea orlandiana A native Cordyline, not sure which as this is the first time flowering. | |

| All look lovely and green and wet Gail.. My cutting of your Poinsettia Burgundy looked very sad a few weeks back so I dug it up and put it in a pot again. | |

| Thanks Mary-Anne and Cheryl.
Burgundy poinsettia seems to be very slow, last year it didn't do much at all but has come on a bit in the last couple of months.
Gwen, I'm not sure if it is that cordyline as it seems to have blue/purple flowers, mine is white. I was going to wait and see if it got berries to make a definite ID. I'd say it is a common one around this way as we picked up several big ones for only a couple of dollars each from the markets a couple of years ago | |

| all looking wonderful gail! ahh, Im drooling over your Gr marmalade again! I love the poinsettias, I really should get one because there's one down the road and it looks fantastic when it colours up. I'd love to see another one of the burgundy when it's fully coloured too, it sounds delicious! | |

| Thanks Ota. The burgandy is taking its time but I particularly like its compact shape. | |
