Love the fog and there was plenty of it around this morning..

At the front the Logan river is across the road behind the houses.
Its on the South West and takes ages to disappear.

Out the back which is North East the sun is trying to break through the clouds.

I took these pics 90 minutes ago and there is more fog out there now than there was earlier Question

Foggy mornings always make it feel cooler until the sun gets through but worth it for the beautiful day after. We had a light one but all gone now except in some low lying areas when I was taking the kids to school. I was wishing I had the time and energy to climb the hill behind us and take some pics of the fog in the valleys - looked good surrounded by the trees and hills - but don't really feel like mountain climbing today Ack

We wanted to be on the road by now but the fog is even worse I wish the Exclamation would come out so we can go and do what we have to do its turning into a real pea souper of a morning..

I can just imagine the foggy view you are talking about Gail that would be a stunner.. thumbs-up

We had a couple of foggy mornings like that a couple of weeks ago. Couldn't wait so had to go out in it but I went the back roads which are higher than the highway so not as heavy.

It is beautiful and sunny here at the moment and will be going outside to do a few things soon.

Yes the flag was very limp Cheryl no wind, if there had been some wind it would have blew the fog away it finally lifted after 9.30

Terrific photo's, Mary-Anne. We had a good fog here this morning too but seeing I slept in I didn't have time to run outside with the camera. Maybe tomorrow morning?

I lived in Toowoomba for many years and the fog didn't do the roses any good.

Thanks Betty Yes try for tomorrow morning if there is fog it makes a beautiful pic.I would have stayed in bed too and had a read but we had to go out, a sleep in would have gone down real well Sad

Marlene I love to look at the fog but I don't like the damp it leaves on the front Veranda all the decking is wet right up to the front door including the mat its only 2 mts deep, though around the back where the decking is 3 mts its always dry, and yes I can image the fog making the roses ball they dont like the moisture in the air at all..
