The little Sun Bird , Nectarinia jugularis makes a lovely nest lined with soft materials from the garden.I used to have some Old Mana Beard hanging from a tree and wondered why it looked less every time I checked ot which was not often.
An old nest fell down some time ago and I found it was lined with , you know what.
Checked that area yesterday only to find all the Old Mans Beard has gone completly so I am now without any .I really don't mind , I get beautiful cheerful little birds.

I agree.. Its amazing what and where they get the nesting material from.

The birds here come up on to the back decking and pull threads out of a old towel we have there, and when they are not doing that they are pinching cane out of the chair backs little angel ...... whistle
