One of our client want a blue wedding for her wedding theme.

But the problem is that there is no sufficient supply for the blue roses.

Are there any other blue flowers that can be use that is similar to

rose in terms of petals, texture and over all appearance?

Your help will be appreciated, hope to hear from you guys.

The only other blue flower I can think of with petals anything remotely like roses would be Anemone and maybe Iris though they have white and yellow in them.

Still they are nothing like rose petals and they are very blue not like Blue Moon the rose

Anemones flower in the Spring, here where I live they flower in the Winter

Mary-Anne, your picture reminds me of a picture I saw while I was browsing the other day of a partly opened double blue anemone which I thought at the time looked a bit like a rosebud. I've just been looking for the picture again but can't remember where I saw it.

Just a thought, probably silly, but will roses do that colour change trick some other flowers do when you put the stems in water with food colouring?

Gail the buds do look similar to rosebuds..

Its not a silly thought I sure they would suck up the colour Gail. I have white Icebergs here but no colour
