I amazed at how many caterpillars are in the garden already
Eating through all the pretty flowers, some have not even opened yet club

This Kangaroo paw is riddled with these tiny ones about 1cm long.

This Ranunculi has a different kind eating it..

Dont think this fly will cause any damage thank goodness.

Mind you the biggest culprit in the garden is the two leg variety.
Pulling the hose around this huge pot that the new kangaroo paw is planted in
Tony almost severed three stems off the poor plant.
So he goes and gets that paper tape I stick his bandages on with.
Instant fix he reckons laughing wit tears laughing wit tears laughing wit tears laughing wit tears

What can I say except I am glad he is back up on the ladder painting again.. winky-winky

Great pics MA
espically the fly , such detail.I like Tony.s splinting job , it could save the flower Time for these again.. 529355 Time for these again.. 529355

I've just been out on the scooter , it sure is warming up , quite hot in the sun.
Singapore petite pink ,frangi , has one flower opened .
The scrub fowl have made lots of holes in the garden but no plants dug up .
I thought the scrub fowl may go find a new area as the fire burnt their nest mound out . it was only 6 ft inside the forest .They have been nesting there for over 10 years so proberly will just rebuild.
