MA I forgot we had this one ,John pruned a huge bush to the ground and found Thai Gold , its a pretty one but its growing in too much shade .

That is so pretty Gwen its a lot brighter than mine yours looks orange.

Does yours throw the odd dark pink flowers occasionally like this.



This pic was taken in the shade and looks pale I will find another
Same plant but an old pic taken in the sun



Just realised Gwen your pic is of a single boug Thai Gold is a double boug..

Wow, don't care personally which one Gwens is, both of those are lovely. I didn't know you could get gold ones.

MA Mine i noticed your grown in shade was more gold than the on never gets a throw back coloured flower , its always the same .Maybe Thai gold comes in singles and doubles .I bought it from a nursery labelled Thai Gold many years ago.I or maybe the colour will not be as gold in the sun.must take a cutting of mine and plant one in the sun.

Yes maybe it does come in singles and doubles Gwen.

Betty you can get almost any colour in bougs except Blue whistle
