Not all Native to Australia some are Native to South Africia..
Most belong To The Proteaceae Family

Thanks Fay Yes they certainly do. I seen a lot of Banksia on the NSW Coast behind the beaches and down the Qld/NSW border looked like Coastal banksia, I have the wrong type of soil here for most of them I wish I could grow them though..
