| Beautifully captured!
How I wish that my climate would allow me to plant my Calatheas in the garden - instead, I must keep them potted and move them into my glasshouse during our winter months.

Alas, I haven't the wisdom to simply not grow "problem" plants. I am from Florida (originally), and I guess that tropical blood will always flow through my veins. Most years my little corner of the world does not see any snow accumulation - but, *sigh* we unfailingly do have some spells of freezing weather.

If only I weren't sooo stubborn! (or at least if I was bright enough to acclimate *blush*), but I think that my dear hubby has given up hoping that I'll change, he keeps saying that we must retire to Florida. PS - I have just had a quick look at your blog, Pitta (only scratched the surface, really) - and I just had to tell you how FAB it is! The plants are so much like what I always grew in Florida, actually. I'm looking forward to really digging in.
