I have this bird , Its a baby , which had not been spotted here before. Because its juvilile its harden to ID. It will look much different as an adult I presume.It was too far away to get a good close up pic, its shows all the important features only not the yellow ring around its eye. It may not travel out of the tropics either . Here are some pics.We need your good camera and Lens MA.

Judging by the shape of the bird, the type of beak it has and the long tail, it's possibly a Cuckoo. Maybe the Oriental Cuckoo? Have a look here, Gwen, and imagine this photo when the bird doesn't have its feathers fluffed up.
