Would'nt be game to try one either , I can.t eat chilli only a mild Thai sweet chilli sauce.
But they make a great statement and talking point.

Nice in curries and also my son makes a great sauce out of them with garlic for on a nice steak

I used to have a similar ornamental one with round fruit... same colour... my eldest daughter, when she was about 3 soon learnt not to play with the fruit then touch her mouth... it didn't put her off liking hot foods though

I meant my now 25 yr old... when she was about 3 she suffered after touching her face after she had been playing with the chillis... but she still likes hot foods now...

My wife only likes chillies that start at 8 out of 10. Send me a couple (or seeds) and we'll get the hot chillie woman to do the tasting. Its safer that way.

Gee Tony that hot would bring tears to my eyes...

My wife gets beautiful food, and then chucks chillie all over it. Can't understand it myself. But when she gets together with her Burmese best mate its like a compitation to see who can eat the most without sweating to death. Me, I've been though that stage in life.
