Cute Cuddly Polar Bear At Sea World..

It was not the best of days for a outing a couple of heavy showers
This was a good place to get undercover and watch the antics on this cute big Bear..

A small area of their home.. Their Dens are Air/Conditioned..



Look at those teeth



They love their toys and chew them up at a great rate, looks exhausted so time for a nap.



Came back later in the afternoon and it was doing it again, with a yellow plastic ice-cream.



I wonder who the dentist is, whoever must be a scaredy cat, look at the colour if those teeth



It punched the out of this yellow toy..



Did push ups on it much to the Tourists Delight ...Gee is was a show off so cheers all round..



It Dropped it then decided to have a rest, for such a huge animal I did not expect them to be so energetic



Marvelous watching them doing their thing....

So cute and cuddly looking but I don't think that would be a good idea Like an overgrown kid with its toys.

I agree Gail this was the biggest bear I had ever seen I know it was a male though maybe one the two younger ones, I think there are five there now

Richard they are the only Polar Bears in Australia the Polar Bear Shores as their area is named Cost 6 million dollars in 2000, I read on one site that their favourite food is watermelon dont think there would be much of that growing where they come from..

Huge is right especially the view from the read end C....

There used to be a Polar Bear at the Perth zoo...it must have died..

One died here a couple of years ago too something to do with kidneys I think..
Oh yes the bears are well looked after here, actually all the mamals are which is good to see
