| Haven't had much chance to get out in the garden lately though I did mange to take these few photos Sorry folks not up to my usual standard, call it old age... I think this one is a little under the weather. Same as this one or maybe its asleep. Now this one cant seem to get enough its almost inside the flower. Ahh success at last but what is it.. Bee or a fly of sorts with that snout it could be anything.. | |

| i know just the cure for swine flu.........oinkment
and on bees..... i drove to my thursday choir rehearsal last night and as i was pulling away, i noticed a bee on by windscreen, right in line of sight. kept driving cos i thought it would fly off....well it didn't and i was heading for the freeway. felt a bit sorry for it so tried not to go too fast....went about 90kph...and i could see it bunkering down, holding on for dear life. 30 min later i arrived at my destination, was dark by now...bee still there. decided to leave it , let it fly off. drove home afterwards, back down the freeway. this morning drove off to work. on the left side of the windscreen...the BEE is STILL there....alive. bunkered down as i drive. came out during the morning to see if it was still there, but its gone. i'm kinda relieved that it has a good chance of getting back to its colony after its all night escapade ! | |
