Odd jobs

Today I decided to tackle some of the odd jobs that had been put on the back burner. I finally finished the crystal thingamajig, it was my first job today...very hard to take a photo of this piece..


Next I hung some flippy, flappy things from the Liquidamber tree...

Surely they will keep the flys 'offa' our dinner...lol..
Looking up from below that paved area, across my pink azaleas.

Finally...here is the $2 clock..it shall most probably be moved onto the verandah.

That "crystal thingamajig" looks good and those "flippy, flappy things" certainly brighten up that table. I do like that clock too... love natural looking wood stuff.

Thanks Gail, I should add..re some of my decorative ideas...lol... I like to 'live outside the square'..it keeps life interesting.

Wow, that is really beautiful. Fay, whichever angle you look at it. Well done. You'll be pleased to hear that you've got me interested enough in dangling things now that I nearly bought home some wind chimes the other day. Oh, the shop I was looking in had so many dangly things that I know you would love too, but I say that in hindsight, didn't think of it when I was in there. Wind chimes would hardly be the go in the gale force wind we are having at the moment, the noise would drive me crazy.
