My tomatoes I planted in the holey old tank we cut up are doing well now that the weather has warmed up. They have started flowering and even some small fruit. There are 3 plants per round and also have lettuce planted around the base which we have been picking leaves off every day for a couple of months now. They will only last a few more weeks but I have others nearly ready to start picking growing next to the peas and beans in the trough beds.
My mango is flowering for the first time though doubt that we will get any fruit this year... hopefully big enough by next year.

The mango is interesting to someone like me who has never seen a mango tree. Can one of you please take photo's of them from start to the ripe fruit? Nice tomatoes, Gail, so lush and healthy. What sort are they?

They are the healthiest tomatoes Gail and growing them in the old tank looks like a very good idea , I would like about 30 tank rings to put abound special plants to stop thwe scrub fowl.

I wouldn't mind a few more tank rounds either. That section of ground has a layer of rock only a couple of inches under the soil so have trouble growing anything in the ground there.
