New Heliconia "Sassy" Empty

This is the first flower from the Heliconia "Sassy" Its the small variety oh Heliconia call Psittacorum , plants grow about 1 meter tall . this flower will open more .Faye's friend took the pic but rain stopped the photo session.

Both very pretty Gwen.. I used to grow ones like that in Townsville they looked great in a long thin vase..
