| Ditto down here as well MA, I only have about a doz. in pots out the front, will eventually cull a few that are not performing well and pop some into the garden over Winter After thought AM, I also have then up on pot feet, that does help and all the pots are painted to reflect the sun as well | |

| I painted my black pots, in order to reflect the sun instead of absorb it. Pots do well if they are sunk in the ground, don't dry out as quickly | |

| Both good ideas, but my dwarf Bougainvillea in pots dry out so quick these days too.. Its the bucketing that getting to me. | |
