The brightest colour in my garden (ATM).

I can't get a photo that does justice to the colour. It's deeper and much more vibrant in real life and has been flowering for a couple weeks now.

Not as flamboyant but still pretty.

I'll need to do a head count. Some haven't flowered yet.

It was my Mum's and I pulled it out of it's tree before we sold the house.

It's a King Orchid of some kind.

orchids and yours are beauties. I don't seem to have a lot of success with them... which doesn't explain why I keep buying more They grow alright for me just don't flower. My father used to have quite a collection but I don't know what happened to it after he remarried and moved.

Bubba . you have a lovely collection there with a variety of Genera.
When my mother came to live in the far north many moons ago , she brought with her a large collection of Cymbidium Orchids ,against all advice .Slowly one by one they died, after 2 years
all were dead.

Speaking of which Gwen I found my first spike yesterday, boy it is early

I've been told that cyms wont flower here as well but mine do and I certainly don't do anything special.
The dendrobiums do best for me tied on a tree and just watered fairly frequently. I've never fed them or anything.

Just had a look at my Cymbids, 2 spikes WooHoo!

Ummm is it only me that cant see these pics, or did bubba take them down??

Bubba must have moved them as I can't see them either.
