| There is quite a lot flowering now, here's just a few. Many of the cordylines are flowering, this is just one of them Justicia White butterfly ginger is still flowering The spadix on the Anthurium scherzerianum is getting curlier My new Tillandsia stricta | |

| That's what I was thinking , Cheryl, and nice to see plants that may not grow too well in your own area. The Justicia and white butterfly ginger are lovely. | |

| Thanks. These won't be flowering for much longer with winter coming. Most of the plants we are growing here flower through spring, summer and autumn so we have to rely on the coloured foliage plants to brighten up those horrible cold winter days... roll on spring! | |

| Ota, the justicia is tropical/sub-tropical and likes an average amoutn of water... though survives here without regular watering but does get some... it would do better with more. | |

| ah, well it probably wouldnt like it here then, too dry over summer and im battling to keep the water up to the plants as it is . oh well, it's a beautiful plant! | |
