| . After waiting three years for this so call white frangipani with dark pink edge to flower I was kind of disapointed when it finally opened to find its just a white with a small yellow centre though it is a white not like some that are cream.. Its supposed to look like this. http://www.plumeria101.com/master_gallery/jl_pink_pansy/j_jl_pink_pansy01a.jpg strange that it has pink on the bud and no pink even under the petal.. Its supposed to have a 7.5 cm wide flower and its just normal size, although the leaves, branches and trunk are twice the size of normal Frangipani JL Pink Pansy. A cutting from Cheryl's Zygocactus a couple of flowers have opened.. | |

| Pretty colour zygo.
It's only the first time that frangi has flowered so not unusual for the flower not to be full colour or smaller.

| Still a disappointment all the same as it flowers so late in the cool season I am surprised that those buds even opened at all and I have to get up on a ladder to take a pic, certainly not like your usual frangipani.
Yes Cheryl's Zygocactus was a bit of a surprise I thought it was more like the one you have, could be that it was kind of dark when I took the photo a couple of minutes before we had had heavy shower on Friday..

| I also have a darker zygo similar to yours but no sign of flowers on it this year, same with the white Those ones haven't grown much either... I'm hoping they are just late. | |

| Thanks Cheryl... As Gail said first time flowers are never the same. Maybe next Winter it will flower better seeing its a slow one Thanks Fay, I am having that same problem with the Bougainvillea too much water heaps of canes and no flowers at all such a shame to be pruning them now but its like a jungle out there between them and the Hibiscus. | |

| Mary-Anne I can understand your disappointment when the frangi didn't have the pink colouring. The link one is very pretty. | |
