| This Frangipani ..Plumeria pudica dwarf. was planted end of november and was 18 inches high AFTER 4 MONTHS Now after 7.1/2 months [yesterday] Its not flowering but having a growth spurt. Its an evergreen , a shrub more than a tree , lovely large white flowers most of the year but no perfume. | |

| I can just see what looks like flower bud beginning to form at the top of each branch , I am looking forward to the flowers also. | |
