I agree with Gwen, what a marvellous plant to flower for such a long period, lucky you, Gail....and as for Calliandra...what a fabulous plant....I love them.

That calliandra doesn't like the cold and usually sulks during winter... the leaves close up and looks wilted but this winter hasn't stopped flowering. I like it as it is only about half metre high but gets about 1.5m wide and flowers for most of the year.
