| The van is a great idea. Those sprinklers should do the job. Years ago we originally put some in but had so much trouble with ants getting in to them we pulled them out. We even used to put caps on the ends but they still managed to get in. We have a lot of trouble with ants here... sometimes it gets so bad that we don't even like going outside especially up the back as if you stopped still they would be up your legs... worse if you had boots and jeans on as they'd get inside them They are the only thing I ever resort to poisoning... just some ant powder in their nests and only do it when they are really bad and just enough to keep numbers down to bearable so we can walk in peace and the kids can play outside. | |

| Gail the family workers put in 2 sets of thise little sprinklers ...On the ginger garden they put in 3 woobler sprinklers on. raised stands about 4ft off the ground. they cover a huge area and put out droplets of water not mist . they had a normal hose and ran 3 woobler sprinklers from it . I had not seen the wooblers before and I like them .We have not had problem with ants in sprinkler systems before .
Cheryl. that van is a beauty, sleeps 4 , has wc and shower, and is fully fitted out .Diesal powered. Works out around $110 per day in off season . from beg of july its double , rip off the tourists.

| I bet its quite now Gwen..
Gwen I had the same problem with Ants in Sprinklers in Townsville in the first garden bed all the others would you believe twelve of them I put drips around the shrubs and making sure I had a easy to open end so I could flush out the line if the need arose. Its ant paradise here too so you are very lucky if you don't have an ant problem where you live..
I agree Marlene, that wind today was so lazy it went through you instead of around you I reckon it came off the South Pole.
