G'day mate! How are you doing?

The plan is to use all the space I can without blocking much needed sunlight.

Got any leaves on the roof yet, or do they fall through Daniel..
I can only see a handle in pic 3 what does the rest of that tool look like.
Your peas look great, our seeds keep rotting every time it rains Laughing

Yes that exactly what Tony said when he seen the pic *A Mini Plough Blade*
Our neighbour Sean in Townsville had one similar his had a long handle though.
Sean bought it over from Ireland when he immigrated here years ago.
I knew I had seen it somewhere before.. duh

Hi Gwen, no new leaves as yet; but it is dormant season down here - I have them in my vege cage so I can monitor - make sure soil is moist but not overly wet. Yes the homey is a bit like a small plough isn't it. I find it so useful!

I hereby declare the vege cage a huge success! I love you I love you

We have had a good amount of produce from the cage already...only casualty so far is the cabbages. I have never had success with cabbages...ever! Bugs always get them before me...but that's gardening. I am happy to take the challenge up to them!

Dan, have you tried hanging a piece of board painted bright yellow and smeared with petroleum jelly...it supposedly attracts the moths who then are stuck to the grease.
Here is a link that tells a bit about them.
